Preparing Notices
I prepare bespoke notices that cover all notifiable works and are sent to all adjoining owners. Fee includes land registry searches, annotated drawings, acknowledgements, 10-day follow up notice and answering neighbours questions.

Schedule of Conditon
I prepare a written and photographic record of the condition of the affected parts of the neighbouring properties. This will be bound with notices where I have prepared them. In the event of any subsequent dispute this provides a baseline condition to agree exactly what damage may have occurred as a result of the works.

Appointed Party Wall Surveyor
In the event of a dispute I can act as your party wall surveyor. If you appoint me as the Building Owner Surveyor or Agreed Surveyor I will negotiate, prepare and serve the Award, agree fees with other parties' surveyors and answer any questions. If I am appointed as the Adjoining Owner's surveyor I will agree the award and ensure your rights are respected. In all cases this is a statutory appointment so my ultimate responsibility is to ensure the articles of the Party Wall Act are followed.
