If you're having work done

By notifying your neighbours before work commences you give both you and your neighbours rights under the act. This will protect you and can make the works easier to complete. I can help you with all aspects of the process. 

If your neighbour is having work done

The Party Wall Act enables you to have a say in aspects of the work  and it protects you in case of damage. You are protected whether you consent or not but you should always request a schedule of condition. I can help you through the process.
